Between Macerata, Ascoli Picino, the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini mountains, known for good winter skiing and beautiful walks at other times of year. It is a region with breathtaking views, beautiful towns with buildings dating from Roman times to the eighteenth century, Medieval villages, thermal spa's, an open air opera at Macerata and is only 25 kilometres from the Adriatic. The area has four seasons, snowy winters, early springs, warm summers, and long falls.

There is train service to Fermo and bus service to Monte San Martino.
