  • Longer than one month by negotiation
  • Rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday unless special arrangements are agreed
  • Once availability has been confirmed, a deposit of 35% of the rental price is due within two weeks
  • We will send you a receipt and confirmation of your booking once we have received the deposit
  • Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 120 days in advance of the booking date
  • Deposit is 50% refundable if cancellation is more than 60 days in advance of booking date
  • The balance of the house rental and breakage deposit is due 12 weeks in advance of the rental date
  • If the booking is made within 12 weeks of the rental period, the full cost of the house rental is due at the time of booking
  • There is a refundable breakage deposit of £275
  • If you want to alter your booking we will try to accommodate you
  • The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels)
  • Swimming pool dates: May-Nov
