- Longer than one month by negotiation
- Rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday unless special arrangements are agreed
- Once availability has been confirmed, a deposit of 35% of the rental price is due within two weeks
- We will send you a receipt and confirmation of your booking once we have received the deposit
- Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 120 days in
advance of the booking date
- Deposit is 50% refundable if cancellation is more than 60 days in advance of booking date
- The balance of the house rental and breakage deposit is due 12 weeks in advance of the rental date
- If the booking is made within 12 weeks of the rental period,
the full cost of the house rental is due at the time of booking
- There is a refundable breakage deposit of £275
- If you want to alter your booking we will try to accommodate you
- The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels
(please bring your own beach towels)
- Swimming pool dates: May-Nov
